Our Mission
In 2016 my husband and I purchased Better Living Australia with a specific mission in mind ... To reinvent the way Australians are sleeping and to re-educate on, not only, the importance of good quality sleep, but also a better quantity of sleep.
In the ever-increasing pressures of the times that we all live in, it seems that sleep has been forgotten about when prioritising our daily life and it is about time that we rethink how much of an impact this is having on our bodies, lives and mental health.
At Better Living Australia, our whole team is so amazingly passionate about health and sleep that we want to shout it from the rooftops and give all of our customers that chance to fully understand how detrimental this can be to our bodies and minds. Then show you how simple it can be to make some changes to how we sleep that can greatly improve your life, and cognitive function and also improve relationships.
Our mission is simple - to get as many people as possible sleeping elevated in adjustable beds in Australia and offer everyone the tools to understand why this is so important.
